Privileges And Immunities To The Diplomatic Agents Who Are Citizens Or permanent Residents

17. Privileges and immunities to the Diplomatic Agents who are citizens or permanent residents: Except in so far as additional privileges and immunities so
granted by the Government of Nepal, a Diplomatic Agent who is a citizen of or permanently resident of Nepal shall enjoy only immunity from jurisdiction,
inviolability, in respect of official acts performed in the exercise of his/ her functions.
